Striker talks wait for Brown

Hull manager Phil Brown does not expect to get the chance to talk to Michael Owen until his Newcastle deal expires on Wednesday.
The Tigers are in the hunt for the out-of-favour England international along with Stoke and Everton, with some sources claiming the 29-year-old favours a return to Merseyside.
But Brown will bide his time and wait to sit down with Owen although he does not expect any movement this month.
The KC Stadium chief told the Daily Telegraph: "We are not at a discussion point just yet but let's remember that Michael is under contract at Newcastle and he is the type of person that honours contracts, and that is a quality that I fully respect.
"So, of course, I will be patient and we also know for certain that Michael will have a lot to consider because there is bound to be a lot of interest in his services when his contract expires at Newcastle at the end of this month."
