Hull manager Steve Bruce has completed his first signing for the club with the capture of goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic.
The 27-year-old Swiss international, who has signed a two-year contract at the KC Stadium, will team up with Bruce's squad at their training camp in Portugal. Jakupovic, whose previous clubs include Lokomotiv Moscow, Grasshoppers and Aris Thessaloniki, spent a short period on trial with Hull last season and was also a reported target of Ipswich manager Paul Jewell. Meanwhile, Bruce is also poised to complete a deal that will see Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Amos join on a season-long loan. Amos, 22, has also joined the Tigers' training camp in Portugal and will compete with Jakupovic for the number one jersey next season. The paperwork for Amos' loan switch is expected to be completed next week.
