Tigers hold Canaries

Hull held Barclays Premier League side Norwich to a goalless draw at the KC Stadium in their final pre-season friendly.

Ben Amos, Abdoulaye Faye, Sone Aluko and Nick Proschwitz all made their home debuts for the Tigers, while Liam Rosenior made his first appearance of the summer after recovering from an Achilles tendon injury.
Tigers defender James Chester's timely tackle denied Norwich's new signing Robert Snodgrass in the first half, while Hull's first chance came when Aaron Mclean volleyed over after linking up well with Proschwitz.
Paul McShane, Danny East, Jamie Devitt, Cameron Stewart, Matty Fryatt and Jay Simpson all appeared in the second half for the hosts, while Norwich also made wholesale changes, but clear-cut chances were at a premium and the game ended goalless.
