Big-spending Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed they have agreed a fee with AC Milan for striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The French club's boss Carlo Ancelotti has repeatedly stated his ambition to bring a world-class striker to the Parc des Princes, although he recently played down rumours linking the Swede with a move to France.
However, its now been confirmed that a transfer fee between the two clubs has been agreed, with defender Thiago Silva also thought to be included in the deal, despite only recently signing a new deal at the San Siro.
PSG sporting director Leonardo says he expects to meet with Ibrahimovic's agent Mino Raiola on Friday and is hopful the move can be completed before next week.
"Negotiation is underway and we have spoken with AC Milan in Sweden," Leonardo said. "At the moment everything is possible because this is the market and it is always open.
"We will soon meet with Raiola and then we will see what can happen. The deals can only be considered done, when they are in fact done."
