Pearce calls for character

Stuart Pearce is forced to reshuffle his pack for the European Under-21 final and has called on his players to show their guts.

England triumphed on penalties over the host nation Sweden on Friday to book their place in the final, where they will take on Germany in Monday night's showpiece in Malmo.
Punters looking to use their £10 free bet will no doubt be aware though that three players all picked up suspensions in the semi-final and will be unavailable to face the Germans.
Joe Hart and Gabriel Agbonlahor received their second yellow cards of the campaign, while Fraizer Campbell was sent off and all will now sit out the final.
Coach Pearce though is determined not to let the suspensions derail his ambitions to lift the trophy and called on his players to show their character.
"The team who has the most guts, takes their chances and maybe has enough fit players will win," Pearce said.
"We came here to win, now we want to take the trophy home.
"We can play a hell of a lot better than we did against Sweden, the players will be focused on Monday because the message for the last two years has been that we have come here to win the trophy.
"There is only one team that stands in our way now."
England, who drew 1-1 with Germany in the final group match, are looking for their third success after wins in 1982 and 1984, while Germany seek their first success in the tournament's history.
