Germany winger Marco Reus believes the destination of the Euro 2012 title is in his side's hands.
The Borussia Monchengladbach star celebrated his first appearance at the tournament by scoring a screamer in his country's comfortable 4-2 win over Greece on Friday. The victory means they will now meet the winner of Sunday's quarter-final between England and Italy on Thursday evening but Reus is unconcerned by whomever Die Mannschaft face. Furthermore, the confident youngster expects his side to win the tournament and believes they will have let themselves down if they don't lift the trophy in eight days' time. "The destiny of Euro 2012 is in our hands," Reus said. "Our aim before the tournament was to win the title and we have improved game by game. "Like I say, winning Euro 2012 is just down to us," he added.
