Bruce confirms Town talks

Sunderland duo Carlos Edwards and Grant Leadbitter are in talks with Ipswich as boss Roy Keane turns to tried-and-trusted players.
The former Black Cats chief has seen Town get their season off to a poor start so has acted to try and reverse their form.
Stadium of Light chief Steve Bruce confirmed: "We have given both players permission to go and speak with Roy. We'll see what develops after that."
Keane has also been linked with Sunderland pair Nyron Nosworthy and Daryl Murphy but Bruce claims he has heard nothing to that effect.
