Duo set for Town recall

Ipswich Town, 16:26, February 9, 2010 ,

Roy Keane has hinted that Pablo Counago and Alan Quinn could return to the Ipswich starting XI for Tuesday's trip to face QPR.

The Town boss has no new injury concerns following Saturday's 1-1 draw against Middlesbrough, but he is aware that new loan signings David Healy and goalscorer Daryl Murphy have not played much football for Sunderland this season, while Jon Walters has only recently returned from a hamstring problem. Therefore Keane could be ready to pitch Counago and Quinn into the side to freshen things up for the game at Loftus Road.
He told the club's website: "Both David and Daryl have not played a lot of football this season so we have to be careful with them.
"We gave David an hour on Saturday and Murph played 80 minutes but we will have to gauge it. We will have to be very careful with Jon as well. He's an important player for us but two games in three days is a big ask.
"I have to be fair to the other lads as well. The likes of Pablo and Quinner have been training really well over the last couple of weeks and we may make one or two changes."
