Ipswich boss impressed by Davis job

Ipswich Town, 15:08, April 8, 2010 ,

Roy Keane has heaped praise on old club Nottingham Forest for the performances they have produced this season.

Forest finished in 19th place in the table last season but have turned it around this term and have been genuine contenders for automatic promotion for most of the campaign. Forest now look set to finish third in the Championship having already secured a play-off spot as they head into Saturday's game and Keane is full of praise for the job Billy Davis has done at the City Ground.
"Forest have had a brilliant season, especially when you look at where they were last year.
"It's taken two very good teams to finish above them this season in Newcastle and West Brom and when you see what they have achieved, we have got to look to follow that next season.
"We know it's going to be a very difficult game for us. They have won 12 out of their last 13 at home so that tells you everything but we're going there on the back of two wins and we're going there to hopefully make that three.
