Jewell in no rush

Ipswich manager Paul Jewell is biding his time over signing new players this summer.
Eighteen-year-old right-back Elliott Hewitt is the only new addition to the Town squad so far this close-season, signing from Macclesfield on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Like most clubs, Ipswich have been linked with numerous players since the end of the season but Jewell insists he is in no rush to bring in new faces.
"I've been told that we're in for about 20 players over the last few weeks according to media reports," Jewell told the club's official website. "It's that time of the year when speculation takes over. Most of the stories are wrong but we are working hard behind the scenes to get things done.
"That hard work has been going on long before the season ended in identifying our targets and we are moving forward with trying to bring players to the club.
"Not many deals get done so early in the summer though and we're in no rush anyway as it's important to get the right players on the right terms."
