Jon Walters is out of Ipswich's home Championship clash with West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday night.
The Town midfielder injured his hamstring during the FA Cup fourth round defeat to Southampton on Saturday, but Jon Stead is back in the squad following his four-match suspension.
