Arbeloa eyes milestones
Alvaro Arbeloa wants Real Madrid to top 100 points in La Liga this season and hopes team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo nets 50 league goals.
Sunday's comfortable 3-0 victory over Sevilla maintained Real's seven-point advantage at the top and moved them to within one win of their first league title since 2008.
The result saw Los Blancos climb to 91 points with three games remaining. Ronaldo scored his 43rd goal of the season in the win.
"The most important thing is to win the league but it would be great if Cristiano reaches the 50-goal mark and we reach a total of 100 points," Arbeloa told the club's official website.
The former Liverpool defender also admitted the players are starting to feel the strain of a challenging campaign.
"We are tired because April has been very demanding and we've played many games, but we're happy for being so close to winning such an important title," he added.
