Arsenal are reportedly lining up a £10million bid for Atletico Madrid forward Adrian Lopez.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has reportedly set his sights on Adrian, who missed out on the Spain Euro 2012 squad, should Robin van Persie decide against signing a new deal at the Emirates. Van Persie has just one year left on his deal with the Gunners and has been tipped to join Manchester City. Wenger has already signed Germany international striker Lukas Podolski from Cologne but is keen to strengthen his attack further and will launch a £10million move for Adrian. However, Atletico are unlikely to accept any offer that does not match the £14.5million buy-out clause in the 24-year-old's contract.
