Athletic Bilbao star Ander Herrera admitted his side were hurting after losing the final of the Europa League 3-0 to Atletico Madrid.

Radamel Falcao's first-half brace had given the capital club a 2-0 half-time lead before Diego put the icing on the cake with an 85th-minute strike.
Bilbao had high hopes of lifting the trophy going into the contest but they were second best throughout and had to settle for the runners-up medal.
They have performed with credit this season and easily took care of Manchester United in the last 16 of the competition but were unable to come to terms with Atletico, and Herrera admits that it was a difficult defeat to take.
"We're devastated," he said. "I suppose with the passing of time we'll see it differently, we'll feel proud. But right now there's only pain.
"The first goal did a lot of damage and we weren't able to get back on track."
