Agent urges caution on PSG target
Marco Verratti's agent has accused Pescara of misinformation by claiming a number of top European sides are chasing his client.
Pescara director Daniele Delli Carri claimed on Tuesday that Genoa, Inter Milan, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City are all interested in signing the highly-rated 19-year-old midfielder. "We met with Genoa, who want to buy Marco with Inter. Juventus also want the player and there is PSG and Manchester City, too. Roma, though, are absolutely not interested," Delli Carri told Sport Mediaset. However, the player's representative, Donato Di Campli, hit back, saying some of the information Delli Carri provided was inaccurate. "Some rumours are true, others are not, so I urge great calm. I'd like the boy to be allowed to choose without being rushed or pressurised," the agent told Radio Calciomercato.
