Evian midfielder Eric Tie Bi faces a lengthy lay-off after injuring his knee and ankle in a reserve match last weekend.
The 22-year-old will undergo further tests to determine the length of his absence, though the Ligue 1 club have suggested the injury is a serious one. The news comes at a bad time for Evian, whose winless start to the new campaign saw coach Pablo Correa sacked. They have lost three of their first four matches, picking up only one point in the process. Tie Bi was a stand-out performer in Evian's ninth-placed finish in their first-ever season in the top flight in 2011-2012.
