Montpellier owner Louis Nicollin has launched an attack on his stuttering and "scandalous" French champions after a slow start.

The reigning Ligue 1 title holders have already dropped points from winning positions following a draw with Toulouse and a defeat at Lorient.
However, things do not get any easier with Marseille, who have won both of their league games, the next opponents for La Paillade.
"On Sunday we will beat Marseille and get back on the right road," Nicollin said. "But the spirit is not good. It's scandalous. There are a few at the moment who are really annoying me.
"I've always loved my players, my team, and now I admit and recognize that I love them a bit less."
