Leonardo not hot on Cole

Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo has played down reports linking them with a swoop for Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole.

The England international is being linked with a move away from the European champions because he is out of contract next summer and has not been able to persuade the Londoners to offer him a two-year extension at Stamford Bridge.
Manchester City and Real Madrid have been credited with an interest, but Leonardo insists PSG are not among Cole's suitors despite former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti coaching the team.
When asked if a bid for Cole was an option, Leonardo told Le Parisien: "Neither this winter nor next season."
