Lyon deny Lloris bid
France Ligue 1,
Lyon chairman Jean-Michel Aulas says the club have not received an offer from Tottenham Hotspur for goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
Lloris has been linked with a move to White Hart Lane to take up their number one jersey ahead of veteran goalkeeper Brad Friedel and was reported to be subject of a £13 million bid from the Premier League club.
Aulas does not deny having contact with Spurs about Lloris, who captained France at Euro 2012, but insists the club have not received a formal bid.
"There is no official offer for Hugo Lloris," he told L'Equipe.
"If it is not sorted out on Monday, he will stay and everyone will be happy."
Lloris, 25, is contracted at Lyon until 2015 but could be sold if the Premier League club raise their offer to £16 million, according to reports.
