Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi is adamant his side can manage without striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic this weekend.
The Swede scored twice on his debut against Lorient, but missed last week's goalless draw at Ajaccio with an ankle problem and is unlikely to return for Saturday's match against Bordeaux. The talismanic forward was the club's marquee signing in the summer but, despite his undoubted influence on the squad, Matuidi is adamant they can still win without him. "We have enough players to compensate for the injury of one player," Matuidi said. "We know that he is very important. "We know who he is, but we have many players in the squad - strikers, midfielders, defenders. There are many players available to make up for an injury or two."
