Nicollin wants to silence Marseille

Montpellier chairman Louis Nicollin wants to lift the Champions League next season 'to shut the mouths of the people at Marseille'.

Rene Girard's side won their first-ever Ligue 1 title last term, while Marseille finished in lowly 10th place.
"I see myself at Wembley lifting the Cup with the big ears (the Champions League trophy) just to shut the mouths of the people at Marseille who are the only ones to have won it," Nicollin joked.
Realistically, Nicollin wants to build on last season's success and bring more silverware to the Stade de la Mosson.
"It will be fun but let's be serious. It would be good to finish in the top five positions, and win a cup," said the Montpellier chairman.
"We would also like to finish third in our Champions League group to play then the Europa League."
