Pato rejects PSG interest
AC Milan star Alexandre Pato insists he has no plans to depart the San Siro, despite interest from Paris Saint-Germain.
The Brazilian international has long been linked with a move to the French capital after struggling to secure regular football in Milan, with injuries hampering his chances with the Rossoneri last season.
However, Pato has been backed by the AC Milan hierarchy in recent months and the 22-year-old insists he has no plans to depart the Serie A giants.
"Milan has received several offers besides one from Paris Saint-Germain," Pato told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I have also received interests from Brazilian clubs but it's not the time to return home as I am only 22 and I feel I am at the club I want to be.
"I have every intention to remain in Europe for many years before I return to Brazil.
"I can only thank these clubs but I will stay at Milan.
"I will remain until the last day of my contract, which expires in 2014."
