PSG close in on Lavezzi

Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo has hinted the club are set to complete the signing of Napoli striker Ezequiel Lavezzi.

Lavezzi has been heavily linked with a move away from Naples this summer, with PSG, Manchester City and Inter Milan leading the race for the Argentina international. The French giants, however, are favourites to land the 27-year-old having tabled a bid thought to be around 25million euros. "With regards to Lavezzi, I think everything will be postponed until next week. We have not yet completed the deal," Leonardo said to Sky Italia. "Will he (Lavezzi) be unveiled to the media next week? We shall see."
