Rai backs Lucas to shine

Legendary Brazil midfielder Rai has described the signing of Lucas Moura as a "great acquisition" for Paris Saint-Germain.

The 19-year-old Brazilian star looked set to join Manchester United earlier this week, only for PSG to intervene and steal his signature. Lucas will join Carlo Ancelotti's revolution in January.
Rai, who represented PSG between 1993 and 1998, expects his compatriot to be a big hit in France.
"He is an excellent player who is very fast, very technical and has a good attitude. This is an important recruit for the future of PSG because he is still very young. It's really a good investment," said the 47-year-old.
"I think he will adapt quickly because PSG have a great team this year and great players, their team will not depend on Lucas. This is the ideal scenario for him to have a quieter period of adjustment."
