Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has dismissed rumours he has signed Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila.

The Premier League outfit have been linked with M'Vila on a number of occasions but the Emirates chief has now denied the speculation surrounding a reported £17.7 million move for the France international.
Wenger told talkSPORT: "It's not true a deal is done for M'Vila.
"We have not been in touch with anybody and we are not near to any deals for anybody."
The Arsenal boss also rubbished the speculation in an interview with Mirror journalist John Cross.
"We have many midfielders. Coquelin is making fantastic improvements and we have Frimpong. We have Song. We have Wilshere, Diaby, Rosicky, Arteta, Ramsey - where do you strengthen?
"We have a massive squad, 34 players. We have enough midfielders - and I can play there if it comes to it!"
The Gunners have already signed Lukas Podolski from Cologne as the club prepare for their 2012-13 campaign but, if the manager is to be believed, 21-year-old M'Vila is not part of the club's plans, although the player's representatives maintain that a deal may still be on the cards.
