Zlatan steps out for the media

Zlatan Ibrahimovic will make his debut for PSG on Saturday when they entertain Barcelona at the Parc des Princes.

In what is the most high-profile of pre-season friendlies, coach Carlo Ancelotti will field a very strong side against the Catalans, considered as the best in the world despite their Champions League defeat to Chelsea. Apart from Thiago Silva, who is on Olympic duty with Brazil, the coach can call on a host of big names, especially Ibrahimovic, whom it is hoped will lead them to European glory in 2012/13. PSG have not impressed so far, with three draws in the past few weeks, but anticipation is high among the home supporters who may also see Ezequiel Lavezzi make his Paris debut. Barcelona put eight past Raja Casablanca recently, with Lionel Messi scoring a hat-trick, and Ancelotti has included experienced defender Mamadou Sakho to combat the threat of the Argentinian.
