Preston snap up Amoo

Preston have announced that they have signed Liverpool youngster David Amoo on a free transfer.

The 21-year-old's contract at Anfield expires at the end of June and following the news that he wouldn't be offered a new deal, the Lilywhites have moved quickly to sign him up for next season.
Amoo, who usually plays as a striker, failed to make a single first-team appearance for the Reds but has impressed during his loan spells with MK Dons, Hull City and Bury.
He is now looking to get his career back on track and says he's excited about the opportunity of playing for such an historic club.
Amoo said: "I've played here a few times and it is an amazing stadium and a club of great history, so it will be a great step in my career to come here."
