Brentford manager Uwe Rosler is eyeing changes at the club and will host talks with his entire squad next week.

The Bees narrowly missed out on the League One play-offs after suffering a 2-1 home defeat to promotion contenders Sheffield Wednesday but the manager is bidding to take his side up to the Championship next season. Rosler told the Chronicle:" We will have meetings with every player and discuss the season and our plans for next year. "There will be changes, but we don't want to start from scratch. We will look for consistency in terms of personnel, although there will be some comings and goings as that's the nature of the game." The Griffin Park chief has already transfer-listed defender Craig Goodman ahead of a busy summer at the west London club.
