Brentford manager Uwe Rosler says his side are 'too nice' after throwing away another winning position at Doncaster.

Jonathan Douglas gave the Bees the lead at the Keepmoat Stadium but goals from David Cotterill and Billy Paynter saw Donny come back and win the tie. Brentford threw away two points when they drew at Scunthorpe last weekend after taking the lead and Rosler knows their promotion hopes will fade if they continue to let winning positions slip. "At the moment we are too nice. We need to be more cynical and aggressive in these situations. The more we talk about it the more it's getting a problem," Rosler told the Hounslow Chronicle. "I just want to win scrappy. We started the game well and were the best team for most of it, but it was a frustrating last 15 minutes. "In English football, team have nothing to lose at 1-0 down and get more open and direct, and in those situations we have to be better."
