Walker wants Scunny return
Scunthorpe United midfielder Josh Walker wants to return to the club next season ahead of the final game of his three-month loan spell.
The 23-year-old joined the club from Watford and was set to make the move permanently in January, only for FIFA rules stating that no player can represent three teams in one season scuppering the deal. Walker had already represented Watford and Stevenage earlier in the season before joining the Iron, but after scoring three times in 17 appearances for the League One side, the player is keen to return. "I've loved every minute of my time at Scunthorpe, I know I'm only on loan, but it just feels like my club. I'm just hoping things can be agreed for next season."
