Oldham have confirmed that midfielder James Wesolowski has agreed a new two-year deal at Boundary Park.
The Australian joined the Latics last summer and impressed during his first season with the club, scoring four goals in 30 appearances. Manager Paul Dickov is understandably delighted that the 24-year-old has decided to stay and is tipping Wesolowski to play a big role in his side's promotion push next season. "I am delighted because James is an integral part of our plans for next season," Dickov told the club's official website. "I would go as far as saying James can be as big as any other signing we make this summer." "The great thing about James is that he is fully committed whether in games or training and also to the club as he has shown by agreeing to sign for two years."
