Yeovil manager Gary Johnson says injury-stricken midfielder Gavin Williams is still in his plans for next season.
The Glovers boss began negotiations with out-of-contract players this week as the club start early preparations for next season's League One campaign.
But Johnson says Williams, who will miss Yeovil's home game against Chesterfield on Saturday, will stay at the club following his fine performances in March which helped the club pick up 14 points out of a possible 24 and move away from the relegation zone.
He said: "He still has not trained so obviously he is unlikely to be involved at the weekend.
"That is Gav, though, he has been unlucky with niggly injuries and they always seem to be niggly injuries that take a long time to heal.
"But when he plays he is a top player so you have to take the rough with the smooth with him.
"He has played his part this year, he certainly had an excellent run in March and when we had a good run he was part of that so he is still part of our thoughts."
