Di Canio revels in title joy
Swindon boss Paolo Di Canio says his side are deserved winners of League Two this season.
The Robins were crowned champions in style after a thumping 5-0 win over Port Vale in their final home game of the season and Di Canio praised his side for their hard work over the course of the campaign. He told the club's official website: "At my first press conference I said I would lead the team to promotion and now the job is done. There have been tough moments during the season, but we have done so well. We are champions." The Italian is not getting carried away, however, and says he is already preparing for League One. He added: "I am not arrogant and know that next season will be tough. For this I am more focused for the future. I have the determination to help build the team and keep the winning mentality going next season."
