Blackburn Rovers and Leeds United are said to be tracking struggling Macclesfield Town's promising young defender Tony Diagne.
The French born left-back has been impressive for the Silkmen this season, despite the team being in the bottom two and struggling to avoid relegation to the Blue Square Premier.
Both Rovers and Leeds are said to have watched the 21-year-old countless times this season, with the highly-rated youngster impressing with both his ability and his physique, which will enable him to thrive at a higher level.
The towering 6ft 4in defender has also scored four times this season and a bid from any side would be tough for Macclesfield to turn down, especially if they end the season in relegation.
