Millers release another
Rotheram defender Luke Foster has become the fourth player to be released by the club this week.
Steve Evans confirmed the news on the club's official website, marking the end of a week which also saw Richard Naylor, Marcus Marshall and Ollie Banks leave the club.
Foster made just five appearances for the club following his move from Stevenage and has not done enough to earn himself a contract extension.
Manager Steve Evans told Miller Player: "The kid has suffered with a bad injury but he is only four or five weeks away from recovery, and as I said to him in a meeting this morning the summer has come at a good time for him because it gives him time to work hard and get right."
The Rotherham boss has been showing potential new signings around the New York Stadium however.
He said: "They have had a look and now they've gone away so hopefully we will have some good news.
"They are from higher than League Two, they are good players at good clubs."
