Leeds manager Neil Warnock is the best in the business at getting the most out of his players, according to skipper Lee Peltier.

Warnock's side rode their luck to clinch their fifth win of the season against Barnsley last weekend and head into the international break in seventh place in the npower Championship, with Peltier putting their recent run - 10 points from the last 12 available - down to team spirit and the manager's know-how. "The gaffer is the best in the league at man-managing with his expertise," Peltier told the club's official website. "It's not the biggest squad, but it's his team and he has got us all together. "The lads are so honest and are working for each other. That's all you can put the run down to. The work ethic and the togetherness in the team is unbelievable. "But we're keeping our feet on the ground because results can change in the Championship. A few teams are putting results together now though, Crystal Palace, Leicester, Cardiff and ourselves."
