Foxes bid farewell to six

Six players are to leave Leicester this summer.

Elliott Chamberlain, Steve Howard, Matt Oakley, Aleksandar Tunchev, Darius Vassell and Chris Weale have not been offered extensions to their current deals, which expire on June 30. A statement on the Foxes' official website said: "The club would like to place on record its thanks to all six players for their hard work and professionalism during their time in City blue and wish them well in the future." Those six join John Pantsil in leaving the King Power Stadium. Pantsil had his contract cancelled by mutual consent at the beginning of May.
