Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade admitted his side did not play to their potential as they crashed out of the Capital One Cup 5-0 at Everton.

The O's were four down at half-time thanks to a brace from Kevin Mirallas and goals from Leon Osman and Victor Anichebe before Magaye Gueye's volley completed the rout in the second half.
Slade told the Guardian Series: "I said to the players at the end that it could have been a lot more at one stage.
"I know they've made three changes at half-time and they lost Phil Neville after 70 minutes but it was a better performance from us in the second period.
"It had to be really because I thought, bar one or two players in the first half, I didn't really think we reached our full potential.
"Then again we were against a good side and there not too many sides like Everton in League One."
