Adam's dream still on
Latest news update:
Liverpool midfielder Charlie Adam believes the next month will define the club's season and he has not yet ruled out Champions League qualification.
Last weekend's defeat to Arsenal left the Reds 10 points adrift of fourth place but they have a packed schedule coming up which gives them every opportunity of clawing back lost ground.
They travel to Sunderland on Saturday before returning to Anfield for the Merseyside derby on Tuesday ahead of the visit of Stoke in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
"March is probably going to define the season for us and we're going to keep playing and trying to win as many games as we can," said the Scotland international. "Every game is a massive game at this club. Hopefully we can get ourselves on the road to being successful again.
"You can never give up - you never know what can happen in this league. We'll never give up, no matter what. The aim is still there to challenge and we're in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, so we're looking forward to the rest of the season.
"We've got a lot of tough games but they're games that we're ready for and hopefully we can win as many games as we can."
