Robbie Keane has been hit by a shoulder injury and the Liverpool striker has withdrawn from the Republic of Ireland squad.
The Reds star was substituted midway through the second half of Saturday's 2-0 victory at Bolton and it appears Keane picked up the problem in the game at the Reebok.
The former Tottenham and Leeds man reported for training with his national team on Sunday, but has now returned back to Liverpool for treatment.

The Reds skipper is expected to be sidelined for between seven to 10 days, which makes him a major doubt for this weekend's clash with Fulham.
