Reported Liverpool target Fabio Borini has no intention of leaving Roma this summer, according to the player's agent.
Roma recently paid Serie A rivals Parma 5.3million euros on a blind auction to sign the remainder of Borini's sporting rights.
The former Chelsea striker, who joined Roma last summer on loan from Parma, is tied to the club until June 2016 but has been strongly linked with a return to the Premier League and Liverpool in particular.
"Since the first day he moved to Roma, Fabio's wish has been to become a Roma player," Borini's agent Marco De Marchi told Italian radio Tele Radio Stereo.
"We had hoped that the clubs would find an agreement and we had to wait. Now we can say that we are very happy.
"Fabio is delighted and is ready to begin a true new adventure with Roma. We want to thank Parma, the club that brought Borini back to Italy, Roma and especially (Roma sporting director Walter) Sabatini, who has done an extraordinary job."
