Carroll eyes more goals
Liverpool striker Andy Carroll believes he has finally found his goal scoring touch since his big-money move from Newcastle.
The forward grabbed a late winner Liverpool's last Premier League outing at Blackburn and scored a memorable goal at Wembley as the Reds saw off Merseyside rivals Everton in the semi-finals of the FA Cup last weekend.
The England international initially struggled for form following his move from Newcastle but Carroll insists he never lost his confidence and hopes he can grab more goals before the campaign comes to a close.
"I've always been confident even when I've had a drought of not scoring or not playing," Carroll told Liverpoolfc.tv. "I've always been confident of what I can do.
"I just need to be out there with a run of games and I'll get some goals.
"Two goals in a week, it's great for me. Two winning goals as well. I've been working hard all season and giving it my best. I'm getting my rewards now."
