Carroll for Dempsey on cards
Liverpool,

Liverpool are set be inundated with offers for Andy Carroll with Fulham now ready to offer target Clint Dempsey as part of a loan deal.
There is a long list of clubs ready to make a move for Carroll, either on loan or in a cut price permanent deal, after boss Brendan Rodgers raised doubts as to whether he could fit in with his new system at the club. AC Milan are still interested, West Ham boss Sam Allardyce has been given the green light to move and Newcastle are pondering a knock down offer to take him back to the North East but Fulham's proposal may be the one that suits Rodgers the best. Fulham are keen to keep hold of Dempsey but it looks likely the 29-year-old American, with 23 goals to his name last season, will leave and Liverpool are very keen to land him. If a packaage could be put together where he is used as part of a swap deal they may well go for that option rather than any other, although nothing will be decided until Carroll returns home from holiday in Brazil.
