Liverpool will travel to West Brom in the third round of the Capital One Cup.
The Reds lifted the trophy last season after overcoming Cardiff on penalties while two goals from Shane Long helped the Baggies avoid an upset by beating Yeovil 4-2 at Huish Park. The tie will be played in the week commencing September 24.
