Rodgers gives duo a chance

Daniel Agger and Fabio Borini could shake off injuries in time for Liverpool's Premier League clash against Norwich at Carrow Road.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers believes both have a chance of passing a late fitness test for the game on Saturday, although he would have no qualms about promoting the likes of Andre Wisdom and Suso from his less experienced ranks.
Agger was stretchered off in Sunday's home defeat by Manchester United with suspected medial ligament damage, while Borini was replaced at half-time with an ankle knock.
But Rodgers has calmed fears that both players could be joining Martin Kelly for an extended spell on the sidelines and the Anfield boss is optimistic that both could travel with the squad to Norfolk.
"They haven't trained this week but we'll see how they go over the next 24 hours. They are responding well," the Reds boss told the club's official website.
Rodgers, who says he only has 12 senior players fit for the Carrow Road clash, is without Kelly (knee) and Lucas (hip/thigh).
