Rodgers hails Liverpool support

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has paid tribute to the Anfield faithful after Sunday's goalless home draw with Stoke.
The Reds have managed to pick up just two points from four games at Anfield to date this season and remain without a home win. Stoke managed to come away from Anfield with a point on Sunday and Liverpool have managed just two home wins in 2012. Rodgers has now moved to praise the club's fans for their support during a difficult spell, and the Northern Irishman is confident Liverpool's form will improve sooner rather than later. "This is a club that has only won two Premier League games at Anfield this calendar year and it's been nearly a year since the club has won consecutive Premier League games," he told the Daily Star. "So to still get the support and backing of the supporters with that type of record, there are not many clubs who'd get that."
