Reds boss Kenny Dalglish has reiterated his desire to keep hold of star striker Luis Suarez at the end of the season.
The Uruguayan has had a mixed season to say the least but he is finishing on a high with a well taken hat-trick at Norwich on Saturday evening.
There had been talk that Suarez could be sold this summer, after the troubled campaign he has had, with club's in Italy looking to land him but Dalglish says it's vital they keep hold of him.
"Other people can catalogue his performances and put them in level of importance for us - it's just important that he plays for this football club," Dalglish said.
"Nothing he does surprises you, whether it's his vision or his passing, his shots or his goals."
