Suarez sees Euro absence positives
Liverpool striker Luis Suarez believes the team will benefit from not being involved in Europe when the race for the top four heats up.
The Uruguayan is streets ahead in the race for the Golden Boot in the Premier League and he is hoping that rivals at the top of the Premier League table will suffer from their extra games in Europe when it comes to the end of the season.
Whilst he believes that Champions League football is within the club's grasp he is not convinced they are strong enough to win the title.
"All of the clubs ahead of us are in the Champions League so they will be more tired," he told the Daily Mirror.
"Obviously the intensity in the Champions League is difficult to handle; it tires you and the stress can change you. So we have to take advantage of this.
"I don't know if we have what it takes to be champions, but we didn't deserve to lose either of the matches played recently against the top clubs."
