Wait for it Alberto

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has warned Italian midfielder Alberto Aquilani that he will have to be patient as he waits for a start.

The midfielder looks to have finally got over his injury problems and is itching to get his career up and running with the Reds, Benitez though has warned him he may have to wait and be patient and is likely to be again on the bench at home to Man City on Saturday.

Benitez said: "Alberto is desperate to be involved, and it will not be long before he is there, but we will not take any risks at this stage."
