Manchester City are reportedly facing a fight with Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain for the services of Arsenal's Robin van Persie.

Despite Arsene Wenger stating the Gunners must keep hold of the Dutchman at all costs, the club are likely to cash in rather than risk losing him for nothing in 12 months and reports claim the trio will scrap it out for his signature.
City remain hot favourites as they can offer him the chance to stay in the Premier League and are in with a big shout of winning honours next season, but Barcelona are also now in the hunt.
The Catalan giants are hoping his friendship with former Gunners star Cesc Fabregas could swing things their way and they could even cash in on David Villa to make sure they have the funds.
PSG are also keen and have the finances to offer the striker a huge deal but he is not thought to be keen on a move to the French league, while his reluctance to play in Serie A has also put Juventus out of the running.
Arsenal have yet to officially put the striker on the transfer market but they could soon spark a transfer scramble by making him available if the price is right.
